Each piece is unique and delivered in high‑resolution digital format with a certificate of authenticity. No returns or refunds are accepted after purchase, since the artwork is delivered as an exclusive file.

Immediate Download Digital Works (Artist’s Books, Oil or Watercolor Works) – Recorded Art Classes

Immediate high‑resolution download.
No returns or refunds are accepted after purchase.
✔ Technical exceptions: in case of broken links or damaged files, the material will be resent at no additional cost.

Art Consulting

Reserved sessions are non‑refundable once completed.

If the agreed objectives are not met, the client may receive compensation:

  • An additional mentoring session at no cost, or or
  • Access to recorded material/digital classes.

✔Rescheduling: must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Partial Refunds

Not applicable to exclusive digital works or immediate download digital works.
A partial refund will only be considered if there was a technical error in the delivery of the file and it could not be resolved through assistance or re‑delivery.
